We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand the reach of RF Tech’s STEAM education solutions. This role focuses on developing partnerships with schools and promoting innovation-driven learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales
- Identify and engage schools (CBSE, ICSE, IB, and State Board) for STEAM program adoption
- Generate leads through market research, school visits, networking, and outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for school management and educators
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with school leaders and education stakeholders
- Understand school needs and propose customized STEAM solutions
- Support schools in implementing RF Tech programs successfully
Collaboration & Reporting
- Support events, campaigns, and exhibitions
- Work closely with academic and technical teams
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline records in CRM
- Report sales performance and market insights to management
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B or institutional sales (EdTech preferred)
- Knowledge of school ecosystem and education sector is an advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel for school meetings and field visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Freshers with strong interest in education sales may also apply

We are looking for a passionate STEM Trainer who can inspire students through hands-on learning and engaging technology-driven activities. The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) while helping students explore robotics, coding, and innovation-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct engaging STEM workshops and training programs for students and educators
- Develop lesson plans, hands-on activities, and assessments for effective learning
- Mentor students during innovation projects and STEAM activities
- Provide constructive feedback and support student skill development
- Stay updated with latest STEM tools, educational technologies, and learning methodologies
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics concepts
- Experience in instructional design and hands-on activity development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and inspire learners across different age groups
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM disciplines, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1+ year experience in technical training or STEM education
- Experience in educator training or curriculum delivery is an advantage
